It’s a cultural exchange festival initiative by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Lesotho 🇱🇸 Kuwait and the National Council of Culture, Arts and Letters Kuwait 🇰🇼 in an effort to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries and later having a MOU on Arts and Culture.
